Shipping Details
• Customers will receive confirmation email along with order ID soon after placing the order.
• Our customer support team will call within 1 to 2 days for the final confirmation of the order.
• For regular orders the delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days.
• Customized or bulk orders (comforter sets) might take 7 to 15 working days or delivery.
• Delivery timing is between 9 am to 4 pm.
• Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2500
• On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 customers would have to pay some amount in advance.

Return & Exchange Policy:
• We gladly offer no question asked easy 14 days return & exchange policy for all purchases made on our website except for the customized orders
(including; Comforter and Fitted Sheet sets).
• In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, customer would have to return the product within 14 calander days of the purchase. The product must be in the same condition as it was received and undamaged in any way.
• Customer will be responsible for returning the package through secure and traceable delivery service to our address on his own expense.
• After we receive the item; our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
• In case of exchange, our team will contact the customer and confirm the item customer wants in exchange. For the exchanged items delivery charges will be applied.
• In case of refund, money will be refunded to customer’s bank account, Jazz cash or Easypaisa after adjusting the delivery charges paid by the company.
• In case of faulty or damaged products the company will be responsible for the delivery charges.
